The father of my children was court ordered to pay me child support for my 3 children. He was court ordered to pay a total of 110.00 per week and has managed to pay 5 payments in the past 5 years. He has not payed one cent since January 24th. And I cannot get child support enforcement to help me at all. They will not start enforcement on this scum. I am at a loss I dont know what to do. I cannot afford and attorney.
As if it werent bad enough that he only has to pay 110.00 a week for 3 kids but he will not pay. He has told me that he lives better than I do. He refuses to work a real job he works for freinds who own there own companies under the table and his girlfriend has 2 jobs one at a bank and the other as a massage therapist so they are not hurting for money. My kids overheard him talking aboout a job making 2,000 dollars. I just want everyone to know he is scum.
