Jeffrey Repeta has 3 children. He rarely calls - maybe twice a year. He only lives 3 hours away but never visits. He did not pay child support for eight years and now owes over $70,000 to his children. I used to live in New Hampshire but I couldn't get anyone to help me collect the support. Three years ago I packed up my children and moved them across country to hunt down their father. I took him to court, filed a case with the state and eventually started receiving child support.
However, in the last three years he has been fired from his job twice and just recently quit another job. Once again my children are not receiving support and yet he has some how convinced a judge here in Omaha that he is not in contempt of court even though he is under a court order to pay child support and also pay 50% of all medical bills for the children. He is also supposed to be carrying a life insurance policy with the kids as the beneficiary. He has never carried the policy and has never paid one penny of the medical expenses for his children. Because of his behavior and lack of parental responsibility, his kids hate him. They don't want to call or visit him. Well, except for the youngest who is only ten. The only reason he wants to visit his father is because he will get to go to McDonalds. How sad is that? STEP UP Jeff. Start acting like you are a 44 year old man and not a 4 year old child. One day you will need your kids and they are going to laugh in your face!!!
