I have tried to get the refund for a long time and I sent them all the paper work they requested for refund. I have filed complaints with everyone I could and still no response. This company needs to be investigated by the government and banking institutes. They need to be held responsible for ruining peoples lives. It is hard enough to make ends meet without someone like this making it worse. They have forced me in bankruptcy with their actions. I want to get my money back any way I can. I hope we all can get some resolve to this soon.
