Ripoff Check Card Fraud debited account without authorization

I noticed the check card debit to my account which I did not authorize. I called the number that is provided by the bank and was unable to speak with a live person and kept being disconnected when holding for so called representative. I reported this to my bank and since have cancelled check card.
