Steal free and clear property after surrendering title from payoff

In my wife and I requested a pay-off from Cendant Mortgage to pay out the loan. I was able to do this because I was being paid a large sum of money in the music industry.

Cendant then issued a pay-off amount. About $53,000. I employed the person who was paying me to directly pay Cendant. When he did, Cendant was satisfied with the payment and issued a refund of escrow and cancellation of our home owner's insurance.

I checked with Cendant and demanded that they were completely satisfied with the check. We received a resounding "Yes, everything is fine." We were emailed confirmations as well.

When my wife and I cashed the escrow, we were on the phone with Cendant representatives further describing that everything was OK.

We later received a refund/cancellation of our home insurance. Futher indicating everything was fine.

We later recceived our satisfaction statements from Cendant and their title company further deeming that the house is free and clear.

The loan was initially in my wife's name. After it was free and clear, she conveyed the property to me.

Six months after all of this happened, Cendant start barking "fraudulent check". We immediately gave attention to this matter and offered to resolve it.

Cendant acted abruptly and behind our back, listed the property for sheriff sale. Even after the property was conveyed free and clear.

Once the sheriff seen the conveyance from me, they removed the property from the sale list. Cendant continued to list the property several times in which each time I showed the sheriff that I held title and the sales were dismissed.

Cendant then held a court hearing without my knowledge to strike my title and deed and request the court convey the property back to Cendant. The Judge apparently agreed and Cendant once again listed the property for Sheriff sale in which the petition now included my name. I wasn't notified about the hearing.

I filed a bankruptcy to bring Cendant to Court to see what happened. Cendant never showed, instead they listed the property yet again for sheriff sale.

I filed another bankruptcy in which this time Cendant had representation displaying a "copy" of the alledged fraudulent check. I requested in court for the original so I can confer with the check issuer. Cendant retained the check for "investigation".

After this Cendant listed the property again for sheriff sale. I filed yet another bankruptcy to try and pay if this check can be undoubtably found bad. Cendant refused to show in court again.

This situtaion made our courts so mad that my address was banned from filing bankruptcies again.

Cendant enforced a "writ of possesion" in which we were to be evicted. For some reason it didn't happen thoroughly and we still remained (we meaning my children and I, my wife and I divorced at this time).

We haven't heard anything from Cendant for 3 years after that last "eviction". Nonetheless, Cendant conveyed the property to HUD in which HUD never contacted us concerning this matter.

Cendant issued another "writ of possesion" in which it was enforced and everything I possessed was either trashed or destroyed during the process. At this time, Cendant was not the owner of the property, but they still enforced the writ.

We are now homeless as a result of bad communication, illussions, deceit and political procedures. To this day, we have not received our check back that Cendant endorsed.

As strange as this sounds, this is not an isolated incident. I have proof of it.
