My grandmother had a letter sent to her in the mail saying she agreed to a membership to save 20% on internet shopping (she did not agree) and if she wanted to cancell she had 30 or her account would be charged 24.00 a month. When i called they had taken out a dollar already. I cancelled the so called membership and the still took money out of her account (14.97). When i called they tried to offer other special offers.
