In my case I rented from him for 1 year, 3 months. I paid $1300.00 a month for a 650 square foot apartment. Whenever a repair was needed he might send over his uncle or someone, usually leaving it worse off than before when I left this apartment. It took about 40 days to finally recieve my security deposit which was 200.00 back from $1500.00. His explanation was that it costs him 37.00 for a screen door, 62.00 to hang it, and 1200.00 for paint and cleaning. He charged me 1100.00 to paint the entire place!
Never rent from this terrible excuse for a human.
