For years now numerous citizens of Placer County including the cities of Roseville and Auburn have been stating that they are being victimized by malicious and false prosecution and abuse of power by the judicial system in Placer County.
It is believed that the conviction rate and sentencing terms for those found guilty in this suspect corrupted county are amongst the highest in the nation. It is stated by citizens and victims that the judicial system is one of extortion for profit Vs. Justice.
In reviewing cases and interviewing numerous citizens it has been concluded that the District Attorneys Office and Bradford Fenocchio should be formally investigated.
Citizens feel that appropriate action and charges for misconduct and abuse of authority should be considered. That certain individuals within the District Attorneys office and branches of Placer County Law Enforcement possibly be removed from office and or terminated.
The alleged corruption runs deep and is widespread. Notifications have been issued to the California Attorney Generals Office as well as to various offices in the California State Senate and State Assembly.
This notification requests citizens in Placer County who have reason to believe that they are victims of false prosecution and abuse of authority by The Placer County District Attorneys Office to post your complaints on this public site.
