Our child was forcibly removed by police accopmanying a CPS worker.in that CPS worker's first visit on our property, she was abruptly hostile shouting and demanding saying "you can show it to me or you can show it to the police!", referring to my wife's ID. As they were outside. I the father heard the CPS worker shouting outside then poened the door and asked her to leave as she was unruly. That CPS worker then left and returned with the police and began beating on the door, resuming her misbehavior. That CPS worker repeated the same
activity with the police for an entire week. The police told that CPS worker repeatedly there is no probable cause to enter.
We brought our son to the window at the police request.
Our son was observed by the police and that CPS worker.
Our son was determined to be in no danger as none xisted.
That CPS worker then left angerly and filed a false statment alleging beatings among all three faimily members, child age 7. That CPS woker obtained a pickup order with that false statement without our knowledge, then provoked the police into breaking in and then took our son. This occured on 08/26/03.
We just obtained the statement from court records on 04/04/06. That statment was never presented in any hearing, leading us to believe that CPS could break in for any reason unopposed. The CPS director stated CPS power is higer than the police. Our family is a normal family and no history of domestic disputes. Everyone we know understands that the CPS worker lied. After reserching CPS, it is common practice that they do that
all the time. They did no interviews with us or anyone who knows us, therefore CPS could and still cannot coraborate anything. CPS must be investigated for corruption and perjurious acts. Our son is beautiful and wants to come home. We love him dearly. We missed and this one only his 10th birthday. God protect him.
