Failed To Do Their Job To Protect Child, rude and unacceptable behavior, not doing their job for the custodial parent, failed to protect child from continous abuse and or advise parent of any court dates ripoff San Bernadino

Tanya Looper, CPS worker failed to notify parent in Tennessee any court dates to have child retuned home, due to other parents sexual and physical abuse. Parent was refused any access to child while in foster care or hospital.

CPS worker suggested aunt, on fathers side to adopt child, instead of sending child home to Tennessee. First CPS worker, Kathryn Porter, suggested reunifcation to parent in Tennessee. Other CPS worker, Tanya Looper, changed report to refer child with aunt stating child wanted to stay.

Child still continues to have relationship with father, even with a court order not to have any contact. Child has turned against mother, due to the aunt interferring with family situations. CPS has failed to protect chid and failed to return child home with the mother. State failed to help mother get any information on child or her records. I still have not recieved any adoption papers or records of the child being placed with aunt.
Please help.
