I have filed two tort claims against Kosciusko County and corrupt Warsaw police officers who have since been fired. My house was raided by 12 county police with no warrant looking for business records that they were told our attorney had. They ransacked our house for over 2 hours and found nothing.
They have retaliated with their vendetta against our family. One daughter and her husband and my grandchildren left the state to get away from these crooks. They have illegally removed all my grandchildren from my house, and the CPS case worker perjures herself on the stand and gets by with it. Now they have put one of my grandchildren in grave danger.
CPS has given her to her father who is a convicted attempted murder, manslaughter, numerous drug convictions, and was just picked up again for drug sales. And CPS doesn't think this child is in danger, it's absurd, and they have to continue to lie to cover their corruption. We have filed numerous complaints with CPS and they only cover up for their corrupt system. We need help fighting these corrupt crooks.
