CPS Threatening to put children in state custody if relatives return children to parents

My sister picked up my kids to take them for lunch then she refused to bring them back she said a cps worker told her if she brings the girls back to me that they will take the girls and put them in state custody.

So my sister would not bring them back she then took my girls to my mothers then the cps worker told my mother the same when i talked to the cps worker he accused me of doing drugs in front of the kids but i was never drug tested in any way they never reported any thing to the police.

They never removed them from any home never got a court order i never received a next day hearing its been 5 months and now im just getting my 14 day hearing
