RIPOFF of my money!

I ordered a sample online on product I was interested in trying. I received the sample, did not like it, called them to let them know I did not wish to receive any more. A month later, I received an entire bottle as well as had by credit card debited for $99.90.

I called them and was told to send it back and they would credit my account within four weeks after receipt of product. I sent the product back in the original envelope by USPS with delivery confirmation. They received the package at their location at 8:03 am on January 27.

As of this date, March 30, my account has not been credited. I have repeatedly left messages and sent emails requesting resolution. All requests have gone unanswered.

Today I was finally able to speak with someone on the phone who took all my information - USPS tracking number, dates, etc. They claim they will expedite my refund information and that it could take up to two weeks to complete. Repeated requests to speak with someone who could resolve this matter immediately were refused by stating they had no access or ability to contact the corporate office.

I repeatedly told them that 9 weeks of having my money was unacceptable and I wanted the issue resolved immediately. Again, they were unable to do anything other than promise to escalate my refund process but it would still take two weeks to resolve. I finally hung up in utter frustration.
