Was sent a "free" sample did not want with in a week received complete package from lean life pm. The day prior to receiving this package 99.99 was removed from my bank account without authorization. I sent the package back to lean for life pm i have certified mail receipt from post office that they received it three days later. This was february 13 after several letters and phone calls i still do not have my refund nor due i have the product now.
Now i try calling the phone number and it is disconnected. I was told to write to refund department p o box 125 carper, ut 84020 but that did not help.
