I went to the website filled out the information and when it asked for the CC# I closed out and did not give any information concerning my Debit Card.
The next day I get a phone call from a man asking about my interest in the product. He said the bottle was free and shipping and handling would be 6.95. I agreed to try the product and would hve 10 days to call and cancell (after I tried the product).
The 6.95 was charged to my card on the 3rd of Jan., I received the trial product on the 12th of Jan and my account was charged again on the 19th for 99.90.
I called on 16th of jan. And cancelled after about 6 phone calls, I finally talked to a person, I left them messages on their voice mail but never received a call back.
I did receive the 2 bottles on 1/23, I sent the 2 bottles back refused. I requested a signature verification from the post office so I will know they have the product.
They are extremely rude on the phone, and they are adament NO MAN IS IN THAT OFFICE!!! They can't even give me a order # for the original bottle I received.
The ladies I spoke to on 1/23 said they never call out and all their orders are generated by the web.
