Comcast On Demand is a RIPOFF P E R I O D! They quoted us free installation among other things, but when we received our bill, guess what??? Installation is not free like we were quoted. Aparently only the first box installation was free, however, they failed to mention it.
Not only did they quote us incorrectly, but the actual work order that the technician brings with him when he does the installation, matched what we were quoted. Our quoted amount and corresponding work order state roughly $55.00. Yet our bill is for $130.00 something. (I don't have either in front of me right now for exact figures.) But come on... That's a $75.00 difference. What a ripoff. Comcast is a ripoff!
