Comcast quoted $42.95/mo. For high speed internet. I selected them based on this info. They came and dug up my yard and installed it.
They now notify me that after reviewing their records, they noticed that I (along with many others) was incorrectly charged and my new monthly bill is $61.95.
I kindly asked them to continue to bill me what they quoted prior to digging up my yard. They replied that they were very sorry, but there was nothing they could do.
I think you mean, "There is nothing we WILL do."
