Dr., Mr., Bishop, Leslie Opoko scam for money using UNICEF's name, sends bad check for amount greater than cost of reservation, then wants money difference wired to him

This person made a reservation at a bed & breakfast. Said was going on holiday with UNICEF to pay for it.

Then, sends you a cashiers check for way more than the required amount of reservation and wants you to wire him the money difference. IE: reservation for $1,000.00 - sends check for $2,500.00 - wants you to wire him $1,500.00!

Cashiers check is drawn on Campus USA Credit Union. Campus USA is a valid law-abiding business that this guy is using the routing number for. Campus USA is not involved in this scam.

This person has at least three alias that I know of - Dr. - Mr. - Bishop Leslie Opoko. Do not fall for this.
