I signed up for campusfood.com which was a convenient way for me to order take out from certain restaurants close to my school at late hours. The site is great but the page that comes up after you order is a scam. Reservation rewards says it gives you 10 dollars for your next campus food purchase. I never clicked the link but for some reason it automatically signed me up and reservation rewards has been charging me $12 since october. 48 dollars later i am furious, yeah its only 50 dollars but I'm a college student.
If campus foods was smart they would take notice of this fraud and do something about it because hundreds of college students have been ripped off as well as many many others. I haven't tried to get my money back yet but I immediately canceled my 'membership' of reservation rewards and will call the company asap as well as my bank to get my money refunded. If you see reservation rewards on your bank statements or come across it on the internet make sure you cancel your 'membership' immediately so this doesn't happen to you.
