Bought a new Hayward pool pump and 2 weeks lated it was 11% less at same Leslies. Wouldn't honor 120% price match because it had to be from another pool company, but impossible since Model designation only sold to Leslie's - scam.
Much worse, Leslie's service installed new pump and it filled with air. Came back and replaced 2 check valves. Still air but now my spa drains to pool level. 3rd visit removed another check valve and guaranteeed result - no difference. Never showed for a 4th visit and wouldn't answer my call. Ultimately paid nearly a $1000 to a pool plumbing professional to take down and replace all Leslie's work. Stay away from leslie's at all costs!
