Capital Financial Credit Card ripoff

I got a call from Capital Financial credit card, Allen said i was pre aproved for a credit card.
Allen said he needed ot verfide my income threw the bank, my adress and phone #
Then he said he need to verfide my cheecking acount to moke sure

I wasnt in the negatives.

At first it sounded good, then i called the 800 # to cansel and he said he was unable to cansuleang and give me my $200.00 back for the diposite. He then told me he would credit my acount. I said no send me my money back he said no. No answer at the 800#
i didnt know what to do utill i cane across this web site.
