Ripoff Did NOT pay me for services rendered Greenfieldonline

Greenfield Online asked me to do a product test early in 2005 and told me Id get paid for it. The product did not show up for 2 months. After I used all the product and had filled out the questionnaire, I waited for a link to fill in the online questionnaire.

After 1 month, I wrote to them and they claimed there was no such product testing. After several emails back and forth, where I mostly felt like I was getting a run around, they sent me the proper link to fill in the online questionnaire, (they admitted there was product testing) and to send the paper questionnaire to them through the mail and I would be paid for my time, (actual product testing lasted 5 days).

2 months later still no acknowledgement that I had done what they asked. I write to them Oct. 22 2005 and ask about getting paid and they tell me that there was no product testing and that they don't pay for surveys.

Four long emails later on Oct. 24 they write, Thank you for writing to us at Greenfield Online Panel Support. We understand your concern and apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused to you. We'd like to share with you that we have forwarded this issue to the concerned department. And they will get back to you with an update as to when you will get paid as soon as possible.

Needless to say, they have never gotten back to me. So they eventually just write what you want to hear so you'll leave them alone.
