I have been taking surveys for this company for a year, and when the time came where I FINALLY earned a measly $12.00 and wanted to have my money sent, guess what? No money. I spent hours filling out these surveys, many a time with the guarantee of a cash reward, only to reach the end of the survey and be told that I didn't qualify. Sometimes I would reach the end, and was told that I was entered into the sweepstakes drawing, and NOT the cash reward promised at the beginning of the survey. Greenfield's website states that payment is made about 10 days after you request it, and I requested my first check in early January.
It is now mid May. I've written many emails and always get the same, VERY poorly written response, which was that they were having technical difficulties, but that it is now taken care of, AND the right department has been notified, AND the oh so original response of "the check's in the mail".
Beware my fellow dreamers. Don't waste your time. These surveys are very long, and funny enough, when you go to check on the sweepstakes winner's page, it ALWAYS is under construction. I have taken many surveys with other companies, and for the most part, have always been paid. As for Greenfield Online, survey says "RIP-OFF".
