I tried to access Edgar SEC filings via Yahoo and in each instance I get "this website is not available". I asked Yahoo about this and this is what they said:
"I understand from your email that you've encountered some trouble while accessing the "Quarterly Report" of the tickers within Yahoo! Finance and you are unable to access it. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and have some information on this to share with you. The content you are referring to is provided to us by Edgar Online. To correct the issue you are reporting, you will need to contact them directly for a resolution regarding the incorrect content. You can contact Edgar Online through their online support form. Once a determination has been decided upon and corrections made, Edgar Online will make changes to their data that will update our systems. The update can take up to 16 days to be displayed on Yahoo! Finance after an update has been issued."
I tried to alert Edgar to this shortcoming by going to their "Support" Section of their website. It has a very nice questionnaire [which I filled in] and a submit button at the bottom. However, when clicking it, nothing happens. You just get the filled-in questionnaire back
