Scam modular home company, accepts deposits, denies refunds

Company doesn't follow it's own contract regarding refund policy. Company claims mortgage approval to get deposits on modular homes, keeps deposit, then denies approval. Company claims reimbursement for travel expenses to Irving office for purchase process but doesn't follow through. Customer is ripped-off for deposit and travel expenses. My personal losses $5621.48.
