A Star Communications telephone salesperson and her manager both lied to me about their billing practices. Both told me I would not be billed more than $4.95 as long as I called to cancel within 10 days. I did call to cancel within 5 days. They billed me $129.90 a second $4.95 anyway. There may be more overbilling, but my bank statement cut off at 1/13. This is fraud. Please let the rest of your compaintents know I am filling charges with the FCC because this fraud does involve interstate commerce. I hope some of your other complaintents will be willing to join me in a class action suit against Star Communications.
