A Star Communications telephone salesperson and her manager both lied to me about their billing practices. Both told me I would not be billed more than $4.95 as long as I called to cancel within 10 days. I did call to cancel within 5 days. They billed me $129.90 a second $4.95 anyway. There may be ...
