Ripoff Already paid in full, but still asking for more money

On January I received a letter from Southeast Receivables stating that I still had a balance of $1.477.21 on a Discover credit card that I had 15 years ago. They also said that they would be willing to settle for $450.00 and the account would be paid in full.

I had received a similar letter from Bonded Collectors out of Largo, FL. Asking for $184.94 to clear my account. I paid them and they sent me a letter confirming payment and my balance was at zero.

I have since been receiving letters every 3-4 months from Southeast Receivables stating that my balance is still there and that I need to take care of it.
I faxed them the letter from Bonded Collectors stating that my balance is at $0.00, but they still continue to hound me for this money.
