1. I callled thomas k. Streckfus (dishnetwork sale and service, thru co-workers introduction) for installation service.

I have been duped to believe that i get good deal (good service, honest merchant).

I have been tricked by his false promises, sweet and misled talk... He hide the contract untill he last minute. After installation done... He show it to me requesting my signature, only... No discussing nor warning about contract length.

2. I have made some mistakes:-trust in his honesty
-failed to read contract carefully
-failed to read the small prints

3. Dishnetwork deny involvment: thomas streckfus is independent..

No affiliate with dishnetwork... Compile contract himself.

I feel discriminated since english is my second language, i have been prey to dishonest company and individual since i am aged, single female widow.
