I called and spoke with a Dishnetwork rep. About getting three certain channels. The rep. Told me no problem with what I was requesting and so I signed up for the service based on that information. I did'nt get what I was assured I would get. I tried and did everything Dishnetwork asked of me. This lasted four months and I had enough of not getting what I was told I would get by a Dishnetwork rep., so I cancelled.
Dishnetwork charged me two-hundred dollars for cancellation of a product I did not receive. Reps. Of Dishnetwork told me that the verbal agreement I made was valaid but the reps. Verbal agreement telling me I would receive certain products was not. They lied right to my face to get me to sign up with there company.in my mind and a lot of people I have spoken with about this, we all consider this FRAUD. That's illegal and bad for business.
Needless to say I am still trying to get my money back for service that was never provided and Dishnetwork never had the right or contract to sell.
