I made my purchase on their website, just like the add on tv they said I will get my purchase within 4 to 6 weeks. Well 4 weeks came, I got a little concerned and called the company, and they said it will take the full amount of time. Well 6 weeks came, and they told me on the phone that it was being shiped on Monday, it took so long because they had a lot of orders. I ordered it on July 9. Well Monday came, but my vaccum did not. When I tried to call I wasn't getting throug, keeping me on hold for hours at a time, I was on hold for at least 2 1/2 hours at one time. Left emails letting them know how disgusted I was about their service, wich they said they will ansewer back, and never did. Finally after 2 1/2 months almost 3, I got back in touch with someone in customer service, and they said my order was on back order and it will be shipped on Moday (again) by Oct. 3, I told her that I heard that before and demanded my money back. She said it would take 15 days to get back in my account, well its been 17 days and no money. I am fed up and have had enough. I want my money back all 159.29 of it. Please can someone help me. This Company is not who they say they are, and they can't be counted on, and Honor is far from them. Thank You
