I ordered the Lazer Storm Vacuum 1 month ago, and I was told that I had to pay extra if I wanted to receive sooner, and 1 month later I haven't received my vacuum. I still see the advertisement on T.V. I tried to call the customer care service number and all I get is a machine. If anyone out there is trying to receive this so called vacuum and not received it yet, your not alone. File a rip off report for your refund.
