My First Premier Bank Mastercard expired in January of and I was not mailed a new card. I have called the bank several times and have been informed that a new card had been mailed. I personally check my mail on a daily basis. No new charges have been made on the card, other than monthly participation fees. I think the company is misinforming me about mailing a new card. I always receive their billing statements in a timely manner. I have now made some $6.00 monthly payments on an account I cannot use. My balance is 0, except for their monthly charges.
