I ordered the Singer Lazer Storm from a TV commerical. The payments were to be 3 payments at $19.99. They charged my credit card $204.84!!! I never received the merchandise! I can't get anyone to talk to as all calls are automated responses. I called my credit card company to complain that I did not authorize this charge and they say there is nothing they can do. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau, California Attorney General and will file with The Illinois Attorney General today. I am just sick about this.
