I am a small contractor in houston. Dalcor promised payment on several invoices, and went several weeks late in paying me. They refused to return phone calls or answer emails.
Every time I would call, there would alawys be someone dodging calls. You are right about the high staff turn over. I have personaly watched many good people leave.
I will say this, Don C. From corprate is down in houston trying very hard to keep or return things to order. But the rest of the corprate idiots are making it hard for him. I dont see how he stays will this company. The man deserves a medal.
-* my money. Dalcor could make my small business flurish, but I am cutting my losses before they take me down with them. Just too risky. It took threatening to lien the properties to get them to pay. Continued business with Dalcor could help my company grow, but I'm going to cut my losses before they drag me down with them.
Oh, sheffield Squre is a fire trap, take that from a licensed electrician. Federal Pacific Panels and aluminium wiring dont mix too well. Princeton Club isnt a bad property, but also has aluminium wireing and Federal Pacific Breakers. The ladies in the offices are great, it's not thier fault that they have crappy corprate.
