I would just like to add that I agree with everything others said about Dalcor. Nothing good comes from Dalcor. Once you sign a lease with Dalcor they will hold you to it however they will not make any repairs nor maintain the property. Thus not keeping their agreement in your lease.
Dalcor continues to profit from young, ederly, nieve, and uninformed renters. Only to leave those who rent from Dalcor scarred in several different ways. Wether it's no hot water, living with infestion, trashy and unsafe grounds, overcharging for water, constantly ignoring simple maintenance request. You name Dalcor has done it.
The fact is that the majority of their properties are older. The consideration of living in such an older property comes by the large amount of living space and the "pending renovations" or location.
Just to add fact the C.E.O.M. Dale Dodson does indeed live in a $3 million dollar home in Plano, Texas at which the value has gone up since last year. Last years value was $3,790, 111 the current value of his home is $3,936, 550. Mr. Dodson has built a company (Dalcor) with annual revenues of over $50 million and assests of over $300 million.
