Midland Credit Management
And Emerge Visa purchase pd in full accounts from emerge ripoff

Providian credit card transfered to Emerge without prior notice. Sent payment to Providian which Emerge pilled late fees until payment was sent over.

Took out loan to pay off Emerge in 2004. I have copy of check. Midland Credit Management states they bought account from Emerge and we owe more money.

Emerge is not even on my credit record at all. Midland is stating we owe and have an open credit on my credit report. Want my credit report cleared and Midland to write off balance.
