Shoma Development Has Not Paid County Taxes - Land Being Auctioned 9/21

If you are considering purchasing a home in Garden Valley, Grand Lakes, Keys Cove, or any other Shoma community - please be aware of the following:

According to Miami-Dade County Public Records 3 very important things are going to happen Shoma Homes at Tamiami IV:

Folio: 30-3952-026-2350 - The lake neighboring properties will be auctioned on 9/21/05.

Folio: 30-3952-033-1330 - The property to the right of 132th Avenue and N.W. 6 Street entrance will be auctioned on 9/21/05.

Folio: 30-3952-026-2340 - The lake neighboring properties will be auctioned in the near future.

The county will stop maintenance of the lake and surrounding areas. County records show these 3 properties are presently owned and deeded to Shoma Development Corporation.

If you cannot trust this company to pay for community county taxes including the lakes they built homes around and the entry to the community, how can you trust to do any business with them at all?
