Shoma development copr. Has deceived all of us into purchasing their homes, describing and defining them as high end, luxurious top of the line community homes, when indeed the craftsmanship of the homes are a piece of crap!!!
All walls are extremely crooked, not exagerrating, the roof tiles are all oversprayed and crooked, there is water damage everywhere, the appliances are cheap, the brick pavers are just thrown on, the tiles in the kitchen are not carefuly applied or in the bathroom, they go from thick to thin, because of the wall structure again. Nothing is straight, the worst contractors, there is paint splattered everywhere and caulking, they do not clean up, all the upgrades are messed up, everytime they come to fix something they mess up something else, internally all their workers are talking bad about the company, it is a true mess. They promise the world and deliver nothing. Dont believe a word they tell you, go somewhere else!!!
