They Lied, misrepresented facts, committed fraudulent business practices Washington D.C. Maryland

I went to a Navy Recruiter in 1990. I was told by him that I was too old to be a Naval Officer. I was 32 at the time but I have seen Naval Requirements for Cryptologists which state that you can enter up to age 35.

I was promised a job in Data Processing. I already had a Bachelor's Degree in Physics and additional expensive training in computer programming.

They gave me a piece of paper in downtown Oklahoma City which promised me the DT rate which is in Data Processing, in Computers. They showed me a nice glossy brochure which described all about the great job in computers.

Once in San Diego, I found out I had been tricked into signing a false contract which gave me another rate as a Dental Technician. Another recruit told me, "I got screwed on my job too."

I got upset about it because I don't like to be lied to.

They discharged me and claimed I had a personality disorder because I was upset about this. They made remarks like, "THEY THINK THE LAW WILL HELP THEM."

After I got home to Oklahoma City, they called me and said, "DO YOU THINK IT'S OVER?"

That was 16 years ago and I've had my life ruined because I can not trust the Government anymore. I've had it with them. I've complained for years and nothing happens.

It's caused me so much pain and suffering that I don't know how to measure the bad effects that it has had and what it has caused. It's not fair to have a Government like that.
