It's been almost 5 years since NLI and CEO Paul Heafy have stollen my families property and we are still suffering from the effects. The sad part of it is that what they did was stupid on their part. It would have been more profitable to them if they had just try to cooperate with us and work out a solution that would have good for both. We made them a legitimate offer of $300,000. To settle the debt, and they refused to take it.instead they pushed it into foreclosure, and a few months later this idiot Heafy sold it to someone else for $285,000., How stupid was that... It just seem that not only are they ripping people off, but they want to destroy lives as well. On matter what they have to do... Never the less we are still suffering the effects of these Financial Terrorists. Ruined credit is just one of many problem cause by them. Judging from information on the complaint and other sources, they have done this before and are continuing to financially destroy anyone that has the misfortune to get in their way... It's time to put a stop to NLI and Paul Heafy and all those like them for good... If our government won't do it, it's up to us as past and future victims... Because if they haven't screwed you in the past. You may be next... It's time to come together in a class action Law suite and put them out of business once and for all.
