The Child Support obligation that this Deadbeat refuses to pay continues to accrue, $4,085.00 as of 3/6/02, despite his absurd contention that the "arrearge has been paid."
From stalking me, tresspassing on my property, assualting me, filing falsified sworn statements with Law Enforcement, perjury, embezzelment, contempt, tax and insurance fraud, to out right thievery, he is capable of anything. He is a common criminal, who deserves to go to prison.
He embezzled the nearly $7000.00 that I had been awarded in our divorce, before for the Court could seize it. To make him face Contempt charges for this, I need $1500 for a lawyer. He was supposed to split equity in his house with me when he refinaced it (this per Court order) and he refused this as well. Would you allow this janitor into your home?
He refuses to support his child leaving me to pay her expenses for several years. Only recently has he been under court order to pay, and he has sought to "hide" from the authorities. He is a dead beat of the lowest order. Citizens of marysville, beware of this low life! Dont trust his cleaning service on your property!
