Joe Contarino has no morals. All he gives a crap about is the amount of money he puts in his pocket.
In no way does he take care of his customers after closing, except, maybe, when attorneys get involved, (or if you are one of his employees or agent selling his crap). And that's another battle in itself.
His so called expediters treat the homeowners like dirt. They are almost as bad as he is.
He hides behind his wife Debbie, letting her do most of the dirty work. I guess that makes them a good pair.
If you plan on buying one of these homes, beware, all they are is money pits. I've seen outhouses built better than these shacks. We all work hard for our money and he is taking advantage of homeowners while he is laughing all the way to the bank. This guy is what I would call real scum.
