Windows leak and extremely drafty.
Fireplaces are not exhausted properly and walls next to fireplace are hot.
Roofs need replacing after 5 years.
Severe separation in walls. Nothing is plum and square.
They use ILLEGALS to build homes.
They do NOT uphold the warranty.
They lie about what repairs need to be done.
