Well, it appears we all have the exact same story. I have read all of them and they are all pretty much the same. I too have had this happen to me. My question is has anyone at all gotten there money back? Has anyone found any other phone # we can call or email address we can email someone to get out money back? Any updated information at all? I just filled out my refund form and mailed it in. But by reading your letters it appears to me it will be lost then have to be put as high priority according to buyers union that is what they are telling everyone. So i don't think i will be any different. I just wanted to see if anyone at all has gotten there money back from these people.
