David miller, melisa wiliams They posted a car on craigs and said they went through ebay buyers protection and that all the shipping costs would be taken care of, so I sent the mony, they contacted me back and said they need more houston

I found a vechicle on craigs list, I inquired about it they sent back paper work on the vec. With a contrac (so i thought) through ebay. Buyers protection. So i thought if it was coming form ebay it was legit. Anyway, they instructed me to go to Western union to make the money transfer. I did $3000. They received it and then I faxed the payment confirmation back. They told me my vec, would be shipped out,

The ext day I get another email that states they need 1500 for the shipping process. I refused to pay it. I told them to just send my money back and cancel the transaction. They sent me back yet another email stating that I had to go to the main office in San Jose Cal. To pick up my money. I live inIndiana. So i said no that they could west. Union it back to me. So I relized that was not going to happen. I let them know that I would be filing a claim to get my money. Haen't heard back from them (surprise)
