Keen.com rips off people regularly. I, unfortunately became addicted to calling psychics after an innocent call one day a couple of years back. When none of the predictions came true, none of the recommended "spells" worked, and none of the information turned out, I woke up and realized I was gullible and HAD by these frauds.

What's worse is that many of the people listed take money for spells, burning candles and that kind of garbage. Grace Carrington actually told me that if I didn't give her my credit card number she'd not be able to stop the horrible spell that was about to come in and ruin my life. I was floored!
When I called their very rude customer service department, the man that answered told me I had to write to [email protected], and they never responded. Not ever.
