First National Government Grant
Ripoff, pushy, guilt seeking, scam Internet ripoff phone call Canada

I had a phone call tonight 6/16/05 stating that I would recieve 500.00 a year for the rest of my life if I would send 29.95 to First National Government Grant through my checking account.

I almost did it! I am a single mother trying to get back on my feet due to young motherhood. I have never heard of our federal government giving grants that you have to pay for! So I came to you guys and here I am. Now I knew something wasn't right when she said that I have been paying my taxes every year because I have not had a job every year that I had to pay taxes thanks to working on the carnival for almost 3 years! I like alot of people should know about these things before they happen.

I am going to my bank tomorrow to close my account because she talked as if she knew I had a checking account and that alone makes me nervous she gave me a number to call 1-800-410-1689 if I could come up with the money and made sure to remind me that if I did not get a hold of her by tomorrow she would be calling me again to remind me of the money I would be missing.

I am so glad I came to find you guys here... And I will be letting my mother know about this web site as she will have alot to say about scams and folks like the First National Government Grant.
