WE left him about 10 years ago, our three boys at the time they were 4,6, and 5months, because he was getting abusive, after almost 7 years of seperation and no help from him
I filed for divorce he was livid would not answer papers, i did it myself i had to compel him twice till the judge had to force him to answer the child support paper the judge slapped him with heavy payments and then he was only 49% support and i was 51% he would not pay
Took him back to court they hit him with 50 more then a year later again 50 more and then he told them he would quit his job before he paid anything they did nothing to him and that is what he has done now he works under the table or mommy and daddy help him i have done every thing i can to keep them in touch he could care less they have done with out so much no matter what i have done for three it is so hard and no agencies care he has more rights than our children why is that?
And another thing was durring our seperaton we filed taxes together me being stupid back then was giving him half every year while i was strugling to raise them alone in florida while he lived it up in sparta wiss and our home i left him in was paid for and so was his car!!!
Nice huh, and yes i forgive him i just want to know what the boys are to do!!! Can any one help???
