I would like some advice for several employees that have been a victim of dicrimination on dillards behalf. Not only have they lead employees to believe that their benefits did not kick in till 90 days when in all actuallity they kicked in after 30 days on the job. They did this to over 250 employees. Then they managed to fire half of the staff b4 their 90 days were in who just happend to be black. Also my mother filed a harrassment complaint with the manager against an employee, and in return the store manager threatned to fire her if she ever came to her office with another complaint. She also never even filed and investigated this report. What shoul we do? We have about 10 other employess and counting that are intrested in takimg action!
Get everyone together, designate a spokesperson, and that
individual contacts an attorney. He/She will take it from
there.
